How It Works
To enable us to select the best Au Pair for your family, we go through a monitored registration and a thorough screening process. After receiving a resume and registration forms from Au Pairs, we shortlist candidates after considering their experiences and qualification as per each family’s needs. We thereafter call then in for a face-to-face interview.
During such interviews, we examine the candidate’s friendliness traits, and their patience is tested as well as their level of kindness and love. It is our responsibility to conduct a stern background check, in which we request three work references which we call and email, for record keeping purposes. We also do an ITC check; criminal record check and we visit our candidate’s social media accounts. We make sure we also have a brief personality interview from the candidates’ next of kin.
We then shortlist candidates as per a family need and recommend them. Families, then get to interview the candidates. When a family is happy, we proceed to the next level.
Relevant agreements are entered into during the stages of our placements, i.e a Family Agreement as well as an Au Pairs Agreement. We also offer employment contracts which are liable to change from time to time.
